Raw Milk HerdShare

North Carolina prohibits the sale of unpasteurized milk for human consumption except, of course, through a herdshare agreement.

A herdshare agreement allows you to purchase a share of a milking herd and each week collect your share of milk from your very own cow, picked up on the farm in Murfreesboro or at our designated pick up location in Ahoskie.

Our milk cow, Clarabelle, freshened in January 2026, bringing excitement to our farm. We are calf sharing with her heifer calf, Rosie, who often frolics beside her mother in the pasture.

Clarabelle’s milk is A2A2, which is known for being easier to digest and more beneficial for health than traditional milk. We milk daily to ensure optimal freshness for our herdshare members. Our milk is carefully filtered and stored in sterilized glass jars, which helps to preserve it’s flavor. We rapid-chill the milk immediately after milking, locking in the nutrients and extending shelf life.

Sampler milk is sold as pet milk only, which is required by the state of North Carolina. This is a one-time introductory purchase and does not require a subscription. Clean bottle must be returned with 7 days of pickup.

Herdshare memberships are priced at $7 per half gallon and $14 per whole gallon. Dues can be paid weekly or monthly.
