Pigs

Here at Barrett Cabin Farms, we raise our pigs in the forest, their natural home. This unique farming approach benefits the pigs by allowing them to roam freely and exhibit natural behaviors. Our pigs are born and raised here on the farm, accustomed to the local environment and receiving excellent care throughout their lives. We offer a range of pigs at all ages, from newly weaned piglets that are just beginning their life journey to fully grown breeding-age pigs as well as pigs that are already bred, allowing customers to select the perfect fit for their needs.

Our pigs are Red Wattle x Hereford and Red Wattle x Berkshire, carefully bred to exhibit excellent pork quality, which is known for its tenderness and rich flavor. These hybrid breeds not only thrive in diverse environments but also produce a higher fat-to-meat ratio, ensuring that each cut of pork is moist and savory.
