White Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 cups salted, dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 pounds white chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine Rice Krispies, peanuts and marshmallows.
  2. In a seperate microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and peanut butter on High for 1 minute and then in 30 second intervals until fully melted.
  3. Stir melted white chocolate mixture into cereal mixture.
  4. Drop by tablespoons onto parchement paper. Let set until firm, about 2 hours. Store in an airtight container.

This recipe makes about 48 clusters.
