Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

Filling

  • 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º.
  2. To a large bowl, add mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, salt and vanilla and stir until well combined.
  3. Pour mixture into greased 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, flour and chopped pecans and stir until crumbles form.
  5. Sprinkle crumble mixture over top of sweet potato mixture.
  6. Bake 35-40 minutes.
