Filling
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- To a large bowl, add mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, salt and vanilla and stir until well combined.
- Pour mixture into greased 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, flour and chopped pecans and stir until crumbles form.
- Sprinkle crumble mixture over top of sweet potato mixture.
- Bake 35-40 minutes.
